Who it's for

Built for stores that reorder

If you buy stock from suppliers and resell it, Restockly keeps you in stock without the spreadsheet juggling.

🛍️

Retail and boutique

Fashion, homeware, gifts and specialty shops that carry hundreds of SKUs across changing seasons.

🏪

Multi-location and POS

Stores selling across several sites that need per-location reorder points and one clear buy list.

📦

Wholesale and distributors

Operators moving volume through set suppliers who live and die by lead times and landed cost.

🧴

Health, beauty and supplements

Fast movers and repeat buys where running out means lost regulars, not just a lost sale.

🍫

Food, drink and consumables

Short shelf lives and steady turnover, where ordering early beats ordering big.

🔧

Parts, tools and hardware

Deep catalogues with slow and fast lines, where dead stock and stockouts both cost you.

Why it matters

Stop guessing, stop running out

The two most expensive inventory mistakes are ordering too late and ordering too much. Restockly is built to remove both.

Fewer stockouts

Reorder points tied to real sales pace and lead time mean you order before you run dry, not after a customer finds the empty shelf.

Less cash tied up

Suggested quantities are sized to demand, so you are not sinking working capital into stock that sits.

Hours back each week

The buy list builds itself and the PO is one click, so reordering stops eating your Monday.

Questions

Moving from Stocky, answered

Stocky is shutting down. Can I move my data?

Yes. Export your suppliers and purchase orders from Stocky as a CSV, upload it to Restockly, and your supplier records and reorder history come across in minutes. Do this before 31 August 2026, when Stocky stops working. Full walkthrough in the Stocky migration guide.

How does Restockly know what to reorder?

It reads each product's real sales pace over time and compares it to your stock on hand and the supplier's lead time. When a product is heading below the point where you would run out before a new order arrives, it flags it with a suggested quantity.

Does it change my Shopify inventory?

Only when you receive stock against a purchase order. At that point Restockly updates your Shopify inventory for you, so your counts stay accurate without manual edits.

What does it cost after the free trial?

$29/mo, billed in USD through Shopify, for the full toolkit with unlimited products and locations. No tiers, no add ons. You can leave any time.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Start your 14-day free trial from the Shopify App Store, import your data, and see the value before you pay anything.

Does Restockly work with multiple locations?

Yes. Stock and reorder points are tracked per location, so the buy list reflects the sites that actually need ordering rather than one lumped total.

Can I edit the suggested order quantities before I send?

Always. Restockly suggests a quantity from sales pace and lead time, but every purchase order is yours to adjust before it goes to the supplier.

How does billing work?

Billing runs through Shopify, added to your regular Shopify invoice in USD. There is nothing separate to set up, and you can change plan or cancel from the app at any time.

Is my store data safe?

Restockly only accesses the product, inventory and order data it needs to do the job, and your data stays tied to your store. Full detail is in the privacy policy linked below.
